This is one of those strands that improves beneficial stands and microbiome balance but doesn’t populate your gut. Take it every day or every other day alongside something like ProbiFlora Adult Everyday Balance 2 Strain and it will enhance the effectiveness. It also doesn’t cause weight gain or high histamine like acidophilus. So many probiotic mixes include acidophilus. Best thing I’ve done for my stomach and microbiome troubles is switch to specific scientifically backed strands. If it’s a strand name with a number after it you can paste it into google to see the studies it’s been used in. If it’s just a name no number to indicate the specific strand it’s a total guess as to whether it’ll create the same results as studies. Nice to have low cost solutions here on takealot that actually work and are supported by science.
