i originally purchased this as i noticed the ingredients are very close to some of the traditional chinese fertility treatments, however, there are some ingredients that must not be taken at ovulation, so please be aware of that if you are ordering it to assist in conception. other than that, i have had the most balanced cycle with NO cramping and almost zero mood swings. definitely recommend. i take it from the firs day of my period until day 14, but if you are using it for menopause/perimenopause or not trying to get pregnant, then you can take it all through the month.
